We had a 2019 Dodge Charger Rt and the lease was up.

We had a 2019 Dodge Charger Rt and the lease was up... I didn't want to trade in the Charger, but at the end of the day, the warranty on the 2022 Jeep Compass was too good to pass up, and not to mention the insurance & gas will also be a lot cheaper! I miss driving the Charger, but I really like the features the Compass has! We had a great experience with Rob Zabel he was very friendly, and is good at his job... I give him an A++!! We'll be going back to see Rob next time we need to get a new car!

As a returning customer they gave me a deal on an older

As a returning customer they gave me a deal on an older used car. I was told by the salesman that everything was checked. Per the sales manager a few days later I was advised that due to vehicle being under 10K nothing was checked and that there was nothing I could do meaning the happiness guarantee did not count on my purchase. In other words, sorry about your luck. I won't buy from them again.

Thank you for your review. While we appreciate your repeat business, you did know exactly what you were buying and that you were not entitled to benefits of our Customer Happiness Guarantee prior to leaving the lot. You signed multiple places that you understood you were purchasing an "as-is" vehicle as well. We make it clear that vehicles under $10,000 are not entitled to those benefits. We are not sure where the disconnect was here, as we thought it was very clear when you were visiting. We do appreciate your business, and would extend those Customer Happiness Guarantee benefits on vehicles over $10,000 that are not sold "as-is". Thank you.

Today was our first buying experience at Fred Martin.

Today was our first buying experience at Fred Martin. It was great, I wasn’t sure just what SUV I wanted to go into from my Overland but they made sure they found something I was very happy with. Their selections were endless in the Jeep family. The deal was exactly how it was talked about from Sales to Management and got better by the time we sat down with financing. We will be returning to Fred Martin.

I was treated rude afterwards.

I was treated rude afterwards. My insurance was not switched. Lies on the bank having to talk to me when I called them they said they could of waited acouple more days since I was working doubles at work

One of the easiest car deals I've made.

One of the easiest car deals I've made. Mike was a great connection to deal with and was always quick to reply or resolve anything I was concerned about. I live two hours away and practically the entire deal was done by the time I arrived. No sneaky hidden fees like so many dealers have! The car was exactly as described when I arrived. It was perfect. Looking at other cars on the lot I can tell they don't sell low quality vehicles. I'd definitely buy from Mike again 🙂

We were not given the opportunity to negotiate our trade in, I had explained our situation to the salesman at the previous dealer and he just gave me a line of xx. I downloaded the Jeep app, which didn't work, and your salesman was on the phone with tech support for over a half hour and the app still doesn't work. I was told our running boards would be in in 3 to 4 days, and here it is a week later and I was told they won't be in until next week. I was told I would be shown how to sync my phone, and no one did. The whole experience was not what I was expecting.

I originally got a car in September but it had mechanical issues. After the second time it went into the shop, Trey talked to his boss and got me into another car. So for this reason I do recommend Fred Martin, because they didn't just leave me in the car that had the issues. They made the situation right and I'm pleased as punch with the new ride :)
