I never got my Jeep, because It was stolen.
I never got my Jeep, because It was stolen. They tried to save money on delivery or I would have gotten it sooner. Worst experience of my car buying life!

Steve, We deeply regret there was a theft that prevented your vehicle from getting shipped to you as expected. This unfortunate event was beyond our control, and is being investigated by local and state authorities. We promptly refunded your money. We would have loved to see you behind the wheel of this vehicle, and we are sorry that was not the outcome. Thank you.
Steve- you were notified the same day that the vehicle was stolen after the authorities were notified, and the investigation into the theft was underway. Our top priority was getting the theft in the hands of the proper departments and attempting to see if the vehicle could be retrieved. You were notified the same day, and a refund of monies paid was initiated the same day. The flat rate you paid for shipping is $395. What we actually ended up paying to ship that vehicle from Ohio to Oklahoma was over three times that. You are welcome to research that. Why would we lose money on shipping? We undercharge our customers to stay competitive with other dealers that offer shipping. Yes, it is entirely possible that your interactions with our manager were not optimal, or as friendly as they should have been. We apologize for that, but when it comes to a security breach of our facility, tensions were high as we work to prevent future thefts and work with multiple agencies to solve the case. Thank you.
Now this response really irritates me Tom! You deeply regret?? This unfortunate event was out of your control?? You promptly refunded my money?? I told you this when we spoke Tom, and apparently you haven’t learned. Give me a break. Why not tell the truth? How about you say this….Dear valued customer, if we would have shipped you your purchased vehicle in a timely manner and not waited over a week, it wouldn’t have been stolen and you would be enjoying your ride today. Instead, because we wanted to make more money off the fees we charged you for shipping, we decided to wait for the cheapest deal we could find. It would not have been stolen had we not been so greedy! Now that would be the type of apology that I would accept. Instead of apologizing and accepting the blame, you make excuses to try and save your reputation. This, Tom, is the reason I got upset with you upon hearing the news that my vehicle was stolen, AND might I remind you…not from you, but from your salesperson. You didn’t have the “sack” as GM to handle this, you made your salesperson break the news to me. Classy Tom. And as far as refunding my money goes. You waited as long as you could before telling me, so that the bank would be closed, and therefore, the wire transfer could not be sent that day. Smooth. I had to email you the next day, and call you, to remind you that I was waiting on my refund. You might be able to fool others with this pathetic response Tom, but don’t EVER think, for one minute, that you can fool me.
