Great staff, very helpful, on time with work so i did not have to be out of my work for any length of time while jeep was there

I have been to your service center several times and find that your front end people that service your customer lack the knowledge of what should or should not be serviced when your car is at the service center. On 10/17/2015 I brought my car in for a fast Oil Change and I was there for 1 hour and forty five minutes. This was my 4th oil change and with 21,400 miles it was brought to my attention that I should consider having my tires rotated. When I asked the person in charge why was i not notified that the tries should of been rotated every 6,000 miles he had no answer. I also find that the women that are answering your phones and collecting the fees on the invoices to be very unfriendly and unprofessional. When I ask questions in regard to the invoice it is always one word answers and I find them not to be polite and they have made me feel like they are doing me a favor to do business with Kelly Jeep. After a previous extremely bad experience with a salesman who is no longer there, I reluctantly went back to Kelly Jeep to look at a used Grand Cherokee Overland Summit. We had a fantastic salesperson Kevin Doherty that worked with us to get us into the car we were looking at. It was a far, far better experience than the last time. I would recommend Kevin Doherty to anyone looking for a straight talking no bull salesperson that will work to get you in the car of your choice. Thanks Kevin!

"We make it easy" was definitely the experience I had. I had found the car I was looking for on CARSRUS. This website informed me that I would be receiving a response from at Kelly shortly and I did. I explained to Erin that I was interested in the Jeep Compass but had some credit issues. She said come in and Lucas he will help you out. As soon as I got in the door Nickolas Amoroso was their to greet me with a friendly smile and asked to help me. I told him Erin said I was to ask for Lucas. Lucas came over with a huge smile as well and said Nick was the person who could definitely help me. HE DID AND MORE. We looked at the Compass and got inside. He said it was a 2 wheel drive. I was disappointed but I only want a four wheel drive. He found me a Ford Escape, with low mileage, 4 wheel drive. & within my price range. We test drove it and I feel in love with the car. Nick made me feel very comfortable, didn't ask questions regarding credit or anything he let Tom MacDonald & Lucas work their magic. Tom preformed a miracle for me. With my credit situation he was still able to get me 72 month financing, gap insurance and tire/replacement warranty. Next thing I knew I bought myself a new car. The whole experience truly exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this dealership,,, truly wonderful people!!
