wonderful customer service

My experience here at kelly jeep has truly been rewarding. I always leave satisfied. Yamen the salesman I deal with is fantastic. Jeep is lucky to have a member like this on his team.

exceptional service

My experience here at kelly jeep has been exceptional on each occasion I am there. And by each occasion I mean bringing family members and friends to this dealership to see what I mean about excellent customer service. Each time I I go I always ask for yamen! He is a honest and hard driven sales person. He always does his best to make and finish a great deal. He always has a smile and positive attitude. that is key. I will continue to come here and share my experience with others. But I will send them to yamen!

Awesome sales person

Today was the third car that my family has bought in a little over a year from Yamen Delaji he is the best, not pushy, very informative and goes out of his way to make the whole experience great Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car

The quick oil change is back

On Tuesday, October 13, 2015 I needed to get the oil changed on my 2008 Jeep Liberty and after having a bad experience at a Jeep dealer closer to where I live I decided to try Kelly Jeep Chrysler for my needed oil change and was I impressed. I have NEVER been in and out of the dealership in 20 minutes like I was at Kelly and I now realize what Jeep service should really be like and I have now found my new Jeep service center. I have purchased a vehicle from Kelly Honda 2 1/2 years ago and it was a good experience as well. I would highly recommend the Kelly Jeep service department to all of my Jeep and Chrysler owning friends and family. Great job and keep up the great work.

A pleasant car buying experience!

From the website, to the online chat, to the phone call with Erin, to my test drive and discussions with Gus, to the financials with Bob - it was a very pleasant experience, which isn't something usually associated with car buying. Everyone was friendly and accommodating to scheduling and needs. No one tried to sell me anything that I didn't want or need, and my Jeep was ready for pick up when promised! No headaches, no drawn out negotiation tactics. I have my new Jeep and am HAPPY!

No pressure

We recently leased a Jeep Cherokee Laredo from Kelly. Our sales representative Alex was super helpful laid out all of our options and applied zero pressure. I'll be headed back to Kelly Jeep for my next vehicle and will recommend them to anyone looking for a new car

A genuinely good experience

The dealership treated me as if I was important and my purchase was special. I felt them to be honest and personable. The negotiations process took a lot of back and forth which is expected at any dealership. However, i felt the staff was honest and did what they could to help get the purchase done. The best part, no slimy salesmen, just really nice and relatable people. A positive experience all around.

Problem solved

I had an ongoing issue with my drivers side front tire since about 6500 miles. I purchased my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 new and continued to have no luck with my original dealer solving the problem, until I went to Kelly Chrysler in Saugus Massachusetts. The service manager and all his staff treated me with respect and took my situation seriously. My truck now has 19975 & finally feels like a new vehicle again! Thanks for helping out!

BEST EXPERIENCE

We have been looking to purchase a Jeep for three months and giving the fact that it might be confusing in some cases when we looked at numbers. Yamen Dallaji came with his best numbers up front no hidden fees or any of that kind of stuff. We made a deal in less than five and i wish we looked at Kelly Jeep first. Best price and great customer service. Ask for Yamen.

New Van Purchase

My husband and I were in search of a Town and Country and were lucky enough to be greeted by Yamen Dallaji. We really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail.
