Fast service and pleasant technicians

First time using the fast lane service for an oil change. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very pleasant and knowledgeable technicians.

Best experience, best salesman

Yamen Dallaji who I dealt with when I was actually buying my car is a complete Gentleman who made sure my buying experience was a pleasure. Yamen took the time to show me how all of the instruments on my new Chrysler 200 worked before I drove away. I will be sure to let my friends and Family know about your dealership

Got it done

Everyone I worked with to get my car loan was professional, not pushy and really worked hard to get this done. While the inventory I had to choose from was very limited, the experience itself was not stressful at all. This is my fifth Chrysler, fourth with this specific dealership and I would highly recommend this place, my Sales Person Kevin and the whole gang to my family and friends.

We had a great experience.

This is our second time Purchasing a new vehicle at Kelly Jeep/Chrysler. Alex Zamakis was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable about the Jeeps we were interested in. Fully explaining our options to us. He is quite personable and we found that he put us at ease. At times it can be stressful trying to decide which vehicle is right for you. I would highly recommend to our family and friends Alex and Kelly Jeep/Chrysler for their next purchase. Customer service and the Service department are also great to work with.

Oil change and tire rotation

Brought in my wrangler for first oil change and tire rotation, came out with one broken wheel stud and addition bent one. Service rep he ordered me a new one check back in in a couple days. Paid the tire rotation proceeded to leave, I checked myself with fingers the lug nuts, and one of the nuts rolled right off as if it weren't tightened at all. I came back after calling ahead to make sure the pet was in and if they could take my jeep in. Showed up took my her then a little later told me that they could not help me unless I made an appointment. Nothing available until the 28th Oct, today's the 12th. After I told him that I already planned a road trip home, he told me it was fine and don't worry about it. Then I described the second stud that's stripped and told me when don't drive it then. I asked if I could get a replacement vehicle while it's being fixed he told me again it will be fine, even though I paid for the extended warranty that allows replacement vehicles if mine needs repairs. Called the jeep website told them the issue 20 mins after he sent me packing and they said they were advised that the manager or anyone else were not at work today.
