this was the first time I felt I wasn’t dealing with someone trying to push a car on me, the staff were understanding of our needs and all were very professional and extremely nice.

Our salesperson (Chris) was knowledgeable, sincere, and easygoing which made the sales experience low key and easy. I would recommend Kelly Jeep to anyone looking for a Jeep on the North Shore.

I’ve worked with Yamen on two separate occasions, and received great service both times. Both times Yamen took a consultative approach and helped me narrow down options, made suggestions, but never applied unwanted pressure. Friendly guy and helpful salesman. Samantha helped coordinate my visit (and was patient & understanding when I had to reschedule) so I was able to get settled, grab a coffee, and get the process started with zero wait time.

My wife dropped off our Cherokee the a/c had quit she had a good experience with the service manager and the work was done in about a day. Thankfully it was covered so free of charge. This was my second time at Kelly Jeep working with Yamen and I plan to do so again for my future cars. Always helpful, friendly, and upfront with their prices. Yamen and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure they give all the information available, answer all questions, and made everything easy and transparent. Yamen is always extremely patient and never pushy, and does everything he can to make sure you're happy with your purchase. I've referred several people to Kelly Jeep and everyone has been more than happy with their experience. I've always done my research and compared other dealers in the area and no one can beat them on prices, but more importantly no one offers the great customer service and overall comfortable and easy car buying experience like I've had with Yamen.
