poor service department
Not knowledgeable about the chrysler vehicle they sell.Wanted to charge over $ 200.00 to tell me they didn't know how to open hood with a broken release cable on a 2001 sebring. Had a problem on my girl friends 2013 chrysler 200 with rust under paint on hood. After dealing with Chrysler care they authorized $ 1700.00 to replace and paint a new hood. After receiving the vehicle back from Kelly Chrysler I checked under the hood insulator pad for the mark that I put under it which was there, thats why I know the hood wasn't replaced but repaired. Because of this experience with your deceptive work I will not purchase or look for service at your dealerships. You have lost me and two other customers that have purchased vehicles from you because of your business practice

The hood replacement was agreed on between myself, Teena at chrysler care and your warranty advisor. I also informed your service writer that the hood was to be replaced as agreed to by chrysler care. On the hood that would not open because of a broken hood cable the charge of over $200.00 was for time spent for your mechanic to tell he did not know how to open the hood. I disputed the charge and paid over $100.00 for a hood that your mechanic couldn't open. This charge was not a estimate but for labor for a job that the mechanic had no knowledge of how to open the hood and informed me that I would have to take the vehicle to a body shop. After looking at the hood latch on another sebring I released the latch in less than 5 minutes. So much for your chrysler mechanics.
kelly chrysler never once tried to make this right. All you did was to show me what you charged chrysler for the work performed.
2016 Ram 1500 purchase

Top notch service.

Great Customer Service
Service department was great. Took care of the problems with my vehicle and also fixed a few recalls on it. The dealership also gave me a loaner car while mine was being worked on!
