Jim is a valuable associate!

I walked on the lot to look at options for a Jeep Wrangler and Jim was there moving cars around. He immediately greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. Jim did a great job walking me through the benefits and package options of the jeep wranglers I was looking at, and quickly put me in one that I liked. He made it very easy to make a decision and was helpful throughout the entire process. Jim is a fantastic addition to Kelly! I bought the Jeep that day because of how easy he made everything and how friendly he was. No pressure, just a friendly pitch.

good buying experience

I was looking for the needle in the haystack vehicle. We have loved our 2008 jeep patriot since it was new and wanted anothe befor they are discontinued, new or low milage used. These are widely available with automatic transmission, we wanted manual. Kelly advertied on craigslist, had the car certified used with 218 miles on it. My salesman was greatan the deal good, he even delivered the car to my town hall I NH.

jeep purchase

Very attentive salesperson and staff. Was given opportunity to test drive new vehicle and all questions were answered thoroughly. Price negotiations went well with my price objective in mind. Highly recommend dealership

Disappointed

Although didn't have "check engine soon" on before coming to change oil, suddenly I have it after change. .apparently i didn't see it, neither anybody before service....they attached the sticker that says that the next oil exchange is due in 9000 miles.... Never heard of oil that does 9000 miles...

Outstanding customer service

Excellent and Honest sales experience

Pablo Carvajal was a delight to work with, he struck me as honest, knowledgeable and, as a middle-aged woman walking into the lot, he was not condescending. It's refreshing to be treated with respect and to not have assumptions made about my driving experience (I learned to drive in a very rural area, which included quite the mud season). Moreover, Pablo was upfront about the financing options and there was no pressure to purchase on that day. I had scheduled the test drive with no intent of purchasing for 3-6 months. This lack of pressure is an experience I have had at other dealerships, but not with Pablo and not at Kelly Jeep. Kudos to Erin, who was a pleasure to speak to and arrange my appointment. Robert Page was patient and knowledgeable when handling the financing and likely an unsung hero of may of your customers. The result of this positive experience from point of contact to completion of sale (which included test driving a few Jeeps): I purchased the certified pre-owned 2016 Renegade Trailhawk after the test drive (love at first drive). Clearly it was a very good deal with a great dealership.
