Very friendly team

When we visited the place we weren't sure about buying or leasing. Mike Silvia received us very well and he spend good time with us explaining our options and what would best suit our needs. we ended up leasing. We liked the experience and the friendly team. Differently would recommend the place to our friends.

Excellent

Fantastic knowledgeable service. The best car buying experience. Janet went above and beyond the day after a snow storm to find our car, got us a great deal and let us drive off the lot same day!

Service visit

Prompt, knowledgeable and courteous service. I had a tricky issue with the radio reception and they appear to have diagnosed the issue. Taking it back next week for part installation.

Had a recall taken care of and also Warenty work

Brought jeep in for a recall and oil change. Also had a noise under car. They called to let me know it was a drive shaft problem and it would be covered under Warenty. Had to wait till next day as the part was not in stock at the dealership. Bruce called me the next day when the car was ready. When I dropped the car off Bruce was able to set me up with a ride home and would have had me picked up the next day to get my car but I had a ride.

Great Experience

Came in knowing exactly what I wanted and was greeted by the Awesome Salesman Nick Amoroso. He got me into the 2017 75th Anniversary Edition Jeep Cherokee I wanted for a test ride and I was sold and signing papers within 30min of walking in. Nick is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells and very personable. All my questions were answered accordingly with good advice and recommendations based upon what I wanted. A nice, quick oil cgange

I went in for the fast lane lube oil and filter and was in and out in 20 minutes. The only thing that was odd was the advisor recommended I get the transmission flushed when I already had this major service done 4 months ago and this service was done at that time and apparently they did not check my vehicles service history before making that recommendation but other than that everything was fine. Thank You

Great experience

Was a pleasure working with Mike . He came to dealership twice when he wasn't supposed to be working. He even was in contact with me on emails when I couldn't come down to dealership. Really gave 100 percent. Would strongly recommend great attitude and personality.

new car purchase

We came in to test drive two vehicles. Janet was more than pleasant and accommodated us. She showed us various price points and discussed pros and cons to both vehicles. We never felt rushed or pressured. She was extremely professional and knew the product well.

Best experience!
