My husband and I walked into this Accura Dealership on Sunday. We waited at the front desk for 15 minutes and received no assistance. We left and came... back later. Darwin was the sales person who helped us. He was professional and courteous, giving us great details about the vehicle while respecting us. We took a test drive. Unfortunately, there was an accident on the road which made our trip longer than expected. When we finally got back, we were greeted by a very rude manager. My husband and I were talking to Darwin while walking into the dealership. The manager at the door immediately cut off our conversation; he walked straight to Darwin and scolded him. I thought he was going to scold me too. My husband and I couldn't believe that this happened in an Accura Dealership. Accura is a premium car brand, but the level of management and customer service are FAR from premium. We were treated by managers who pay no respect to their customers and employees. We suggest that they learn from South Shore BMW. Until then, we don't want to do business with a business that disrespects both of its customers and employees.

drove 50 miles to look at a car that that was totaley diffrent frome what they told meshould have paid attention to simla reviews i think this is this... dealers way of getting you there done nothing but wasted my time and gas

The service staff are great! The complimentary car washes need some improvement. I requested to have in between my driver side area vacuumed and yet again... it wasn't done. I still had bird poop on my car after my wash. These are the same issues I always have coming here. The service staff are awesome! They need to work on better "complimentary " car washes.

Researched a car for my kids to use. Found a great deal on a low mile compact Sedan. Our sales rep Fadia answered all my questions or was able to get... the answer if she didn’t know. Only improvement area would be the speed of the transaction. Needed to wait an hour to get with the business manager.
Have had two servicings at Prime and the experience has been excellent. The option to leave my vehicle and getting a loaner car for longer servicing is... a great convenience. Joe has been our service agent and is excellent. Thanks all

I brought in my 2097 RDX today for repairs. My service manager, Noah Stern, made sure all needed parts were available ahead of time. I showed up at my... appointment time, dropped off my RDX and he had me out of there in a new MDX loaner car in less than 15 minutes. He called me about an hour later and ran down all of the recommended repairs, which I agreed to, then called again in the early afternnin to tell it was ready for pick-up with the usual complimentary hand wash and vacuum. It’s nice to be treated like a VIP!
My sales man was Youssef which he was excellent. This was the easiest buying experience I have experienced. We are so happy to do business with Prime... Acura and will defiantly be back in future years. Thanks again!
