Toyota 4 Runner sludge engine.
Worst dealership ever. Crooked and cannot be trusted. Will rip you off. Sold vehicle knowing it had serious engine trouble. Will take advantage of people.
I bought a P. U. truck about a year ago it has a lot of miles on it but it runs great, I don't know what a lot of people expect when they buy a 10 year old or older car or truck with a lot of miles on it you might have to put some money in it. I was so happy with the truck that when I wanted to up grade to a newer car that is where I went and bought a car that also has high miles , so far so good it runs great. I think that they have a garage with a mechanic that go's over the cars and trucks.

Got a good truck for a good price with people that worked with me. Very happy with my purchase what more could you ask for.
Bought a 4WD that didn’t work
I called about a 2006 Tundra 4wd. After I received some pictures via text, i decided to purchase it. As I was not able to personally go there to inspect the truck, I asked to put a deposit and pay in full when picking it up within a week since I am 6 hrs away. I was told I have to pay in full in order to hold it. I was charged 3% extra to use my credit card as the mean to pay in full right away. He did waived some cc fee. I asked specifically to make sure the 4wd work which I was assured it was. I went there to pick up the truck on a Sunday which they were closed. Right away I know the truck wasn’t as nice as the pictures on a phone text. The hood was opened and door were unlocked. The washer light was on, the gas was empty, the mirror control on the dash was pushed thru into the dash so there was just a hole there. 4wd didn’t work. Since it was a Sunday and I drove 6 hrs...what should I have done? I already paid in full. After contacting Paul, he assured me the 4WD was working and agreed to help pay partial cost for repairs. Took it home and took it to the dealer the next day, was told it was the actuator which Paul promised to help pay $150. It has been over 2 weeks, still no check. I bought an actuator and replaced it, 4Wd Still wasn’t working. It turned out to be the transfer case motor which costed me another $1050 to have it fixed. Paul said he forgot to send it and he has more going on with his life than my 1 truck deal. My 1 truck deal and 1 other people car deal is what give him his life style so pointing out my deal is insignificant compare to his life is insulting. The lesson is never to trust small car dealer as they cut corner to save money and canot be trusted to follow thru after the sale. Blame yourself if you let it happened to you. I did. Disappointing at UBI TRUCKS.
Very unprofessional and impolite phone contact during a vehicle inquiry. Asked only if the could provide any photos to veh. I was told by female it was in makeready and be a few days. Veh was listed atleast 4 weeks at this dealership. I noticed they have very few vehicles with photos. I guess they are all in makeready for weeks or months.
Do not shop here. Dealt with 3 different people at this car lot none of them knew what was going on. Terrible place. Trust me and buy elsewhere
bought used truck
I'm from Utah and bought a truck unseen. The pictures didn't show everything that a used truck may have in wear in tear so that is where I asked questions about everything I was concerned about. The owner disclosed the things wrong with the vehicle and when I got it, it was just as he said. The truck is in very good condition and I know that I will get alot of years from this truck. Thank you CBI
got a 97 , had 160,000 when I bought it, now has 365,000 running strong. tow hitch rusted , need this to tow small boat
Thy dealt honestly with me
They told me fair and square the condition of the truck I was looking at. They responded promptly to my calls and email. I would have given five stars but they accidentally sent me pictures of the wrong truck. They did call the next morning to alert me. It was an honest mistake. Overall I was pleased with the experience.
Never responded to my emails or calls I don't think they really wants business
