This dealers morals and ethical standards are very below average. I searched for a grand Wagoneer series 3 for over ten months finally found one with them. Purchased same day even from being out of state because I would have had to reapply for a loan because the approval ended that day. Forgot to factor shipping in and I didn’t have the money to get it to me. I asked if they would ship it because I just paid 50k for a vehicle from them. They said no then sent me documents for signing I refused to sign them telling them why sign I can’t get it to me. They said just sign and we’ll figure out the shipping issues later. So I signed. About a week later got a message saying they were rescinding the deal and voided it returning the financing funds to the bank. I answered with I signed for it and I’ve arranged shipping they advised on a Friday that if they vehicle wasn’t picked up by Monday the deal would be rescinded. Which they’ve done they’ve left me in a position where now I’m unable to obtain a vehicle loan that’s essential for my daughter that has cerebralpalsy and has essentiall appointments in Boston Massachusetts about an hour an half from me. They’ve effectively not only made my life in an awful mess they’ve successfully gotten it to include the people that depend on my most. Which is my kids. This dealer is absolutely awful and I have yet to be reached out to in terms of trying to fix the issue.

Hello Steve- This is Jeff Briggs the general manager. I did respond to your concern via email. You description of the events are wholly inaccurate. The Wagoneer was purchased on 8/8/25, as of 9/12/25 we did not have signed paperwork. We provided an extension to have the paperwork signed and vehicle delivered by Monday 9/15/25. Although you did go in last minute, and 5 weeks after you agreed to purchase the vehicle, and sign the paperwork, the vehicle was not picked up and we received no communication from you. In total, our CRM has 11 times we reached out asking you to pick up the vehicle and sign the paperwork in which you declined or used profanities towards our tram members. We assumed your intent was to back out of the deal after the final deadline was missed. We basically provided a 5 week grace period. I'd say that is more than fair.

Ah, what a delightful phone call with the service
Ah, what a delightful phone call with the service department at Victory! I barely got through mentioning I wanted to check to see if a couple Technical Service Bulletins (TSB) were covered under my bumper to bumper extended warranty they sold me. When the rep assured me TSBs aren’t covered under warranty—without even asking what the problem was. Impressive, right? Their psychic abilities must save so much time; why bother with pesky details like symptoms, VIN, or even asking which TSBs I was talking about when you can just know? It’s refreshing to deal with a dealership so confident in dismissing concerns without any actual investigation. Who needs facts or effort when you’ve got that kind of intuition? I’ll definitely call again the next time I need my concerns ignored in record time. Bravo, Victory Dodge, bravo! Five stars for efficiency, zero for customer service.

BUYERS BEWARE.
BUYERS BEWARE.. THEY LIED ABOUT DAMAGE TO CAR | HIDDEN FEES!!! Im From NE and I Recently (10/09/24) made and appointment to see the black 2022 Chyrsler 300S. After driving 3 hours to see the car, Bert was dishonest about the vehicle. I informed him im a mechanic, yet he still lied about having ALL brand new tires, when the front tires were two years old with less than .25 tread. Stated it had ALL brand new rotors when the front two rotors was rusty. He talked throughout the whole test drive to distract from the LOUD VIBRATION when over 10mph. When questioned he stated "this side of the intestate is bumpy, the other side is smooth" HOWEVER driving on the other side gave the SAME bumpy vibration in the cars drive. When clearly noticed he then said, "it might be the tires balance". The noise and Vibration was Mechanical, not the front right tires balance. When asked why the car sat on his lot for TWO MONTHS he also lied again and gave a incompetent reason about 300s not selling fast, when in all actually 300's sale VERY FAST. He tried to have service fix it if i wanted to buy. Price on website states 25,659 BUT hey ADD additional fees on the car when you provide your own financing "WHICH IS ILLEGAL" they would NOT sell car for price listed on site if you have your own money. HE NEVER CONSIDERED MY TRADE. I BOUGHT A CAR SAME DAY, FROM AN HONEST DEALERSHIP ACROSS THE STREET.

I had been in contact with her since May, 2024, not only did she help me find the right vehicle for me she also spent the time to get to know me as an individual, which also helped her find the right vehicle for me and my needs. From now on she will be the be the only sales woman I will buy a vehicle from.

As soon as I was greated by Anthony I knew this was the place to be. Me and my wife went in not really sure if we wanted to buy a car because at every other dealership we had been to the salesman where really pushy and seemed like they didn’t care about me as a customer. But the way we were treated as soon as we walked in made us feel as if we knew Mr Anthony from a long time ago . Even though he is a really young man he is very knowledgeable and very respectful. We had a great experience and we will definitely be recommending it to all of our friends and family.

I had a good experience at victory. A young salesman named Anthony helped me out and showed me some excellent cars. Just did not have the down payment amount they were asking for. I will definitely be coming back and buying a car from them.
