Great dealership with great customer service all around from the lot boys, to the sales team, all the way to the finance mangers. Everybody had such a good vibe when I walked in and ultimatley they got me in the car I wanted which is my new 2013 Jaguar XJL I fell in love. Went to a couple dealers up the East Coast (New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania). Had some pretty bad customer experiences until we ended up at Merlex Auto Group. Unfortunately the vehicle we came for was sold by the time we got there but Joey was able to help us find a similar vehicle that met our needs and helped us throughout the process! My plan was to visit the dealership to test drive a GLK 350. Once I got in the car and hit the road, I fell in love! Joey was an excellent salesman. He answered all of my questions and knew the history of the car. Everyone in the dealership was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were also transparent with pricing and carfax.
