check engine light, car shaking, smoking and radiator blew out as soon as we left dealership 5 miles down the road after buying it. they told us the car was perfect and we got it inspected by someone THEY recommend. They 100% knew about the radiator and the spark plugs misfiring THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Then we wrote honest reviews and then they called and told us we needed to remove them from the website if we wanted help with the car at all. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

My experience at Motor Max was awesome. Everybody there treated me very nice. I was in and out with my new vehicle quick and easy. Bailey was my salesman and he was great.

I spoke with salesman a few times about a 2021 Chevy Silverado 3500. Got credit pulled abdxlined up. I drove 3 hours to the dealership to get the car. First, it reeked of smoke and tires were bald. I was willing to overlook this, even though b they failed I tell me either of those before I made the trip. But when I looked under the truck, someone had cut out the trailer hitch and rear bumper support. Looks like they used either a Grinder or a torch and tried to paint the cut metal. I have never seen that before. The result a pure towing vehicle unable to tow and also illegal to drive with no bumper support. Obviously Motormax either: does no inspection of these vehicles, is inept at inspecting, or knew and failed to disclose. Colossal waste of my time. Avoid this place.

I didn't even get to look at the car (Blue Mclaren) before I saw the MASSIVE 1-Star review. This is pathetic and sad Motor max. And from what I already know about Mclarens... I would not touch this one with a 100ft pole.

Horrible!! Bought a car from them and after bringing it home a week later the catalytic converter messed up! Told me they would fix it and didn't! Called to have it repaired again and here we are 6 tries later and it still isn't fixed! They never return your phone calls and they are rude as xxxx! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! They seem racist if you ask me! Take your money elsewhere! I wish I had! They are a complete xxxxing rip off!!

Car was available , sent over application. Husband called lady said it has sold. Then sends me an email 20 minutes later about the car that was “sold” about finishing application. Then asked me if I wanted another car .

Fast quick and had exactly what my wife wanted ad a great price. We went to other dealerships and got the run around. Austin did great job.
