We went in answer to an event mailing, we had a 2015 Soul we loved, but found a little yunder powered. They were able to fit us to a white Soul with the bigger engine. As long as the license and registration goes well, we're happy. The sales people were pleasant and professional. The dealership had been servicing our 2015 Soul since they opened, and we have been more than satisfied with them.

We went to Lou Sobh Kia to look for a particular used car on the lot. Chris was helpful and facilitated the sale. He was pleasant to work with and did not try to pressure the sale. After the sale, we found that the rear window washer arm was missing. At our request, Chris sent us the Ford replacement parts. It was a great experience.
