It was a pleasure working with Chris

Working with Chris Gardner was a pleasure. There was no pressure involved, and my wife and I spent quite a bit of time with Chris looking at several different models, and he was very patient and helpful during the process. Everyone at the dealership, the general manager, the finance manager were all excellent to work with .

Great Experience!

Larry Levin and Robert Baptiste were excellent to work with. Both made buying my used car a good experience. They helped me with my financing and getting a small repair made. I would recommend Larry and Robert without hesitation.

Robert Baptiste and his people are amazing

This is my first time buying a car on my own. As a woman, no less, I've heard the horror stories of what some dealerships can do. I came in with my guard up and ready to show these guys I was gonna play hard ball, but there was no need for any of that here at Lou Sobh Kia. I worked with Larry Levin and Robert Baptiste. They sensed I was afraid of the process and immediately started working their magic. Robert especially made me feel at ease. I was honest and told him I did not want to be taken advantage of. He assured me that I would be treated equally and with dignity and respect. He sold me a great car at a great price and even helped with the certified pre-owned warranty. More than that though, he and the men here at Lou Sobh Kia have made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I will definitely tell all my friends if this great experience and send anyone I know in search of vehicle to them. It's a transparent atmosphere where you will feel also you're getting an amazing vehicle for an amazing value. Thank you guys for all your help today and I love my new to me Kia Optima EX! It's so pretty!!!

A Great Experience for buying a car

The knowledge and competence of the staff were amazing. I told Chris S. what I wanted in a Sorento and within 5 minutes of talking he educated me on what model fit all my criteria. His manner was professional as well as polite and he moved about in a timely manner considerate of my time schedule.There was none of this taking the whole day and waiting for hours to buy a new car. I've bought many new cars but I was most impressed with this dealership and it's high level of customer service. They introduced me to the Service Dept. and I was very impressed with them also. Lastly, I dealt with R. Baptiste who assisted in sealing the deal. He was easy going, personable and professional. There was no sales pressure and it made buying a car a really pleasant experience. I liked that it didn't take all day to buy the car. I've bought a lot of new cars but truly this was the best experience ever.

The best car purchase experience is at Lou Sobh Kia!

Chris made my car purchase personable, effortless & informative! He was very patient explaining & showing me everything about my 2016 Kia Forte. I was comfortable asking him questions because he is so easy to talk to. I knew he was listening to my needs, from what I was looking for to what I could afford. Danny worked with my finance history and my trade in. Will was right on top of getting finance completed. Alex was the icing on the cake! I could not have asked for a better car buying experience!

GO KIA!

This was my second experience with KIA and it was the best. Great buying experience, beautiful facility and great customer service. Chris Gardner and Robert Baptiste put together a great deal and I walked out with a beautiful 2016 Sportage. Thank you Chris and Robert for making it happen. I will definitely being seeing you again in a few.
