I am amending my review regarding Priority One Audi. I stopped in there a,few days ago to see the service manager. I have to say that he was extremely... concerned with my issue and took it upon himself to look further into it. I am very happy to say I was treated with care and concern. My issue was taken care of. I have total respect for not just the Service manager, but for the entire team at the service department. They totally are a great crew and will take care of your car. My car suddenly went up and I was forced into figuring out my next car to buy in a very short period of time. It was stressful, but when I visited Dubois... at Audi Owings Mills, he was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions and addressed my many concerns, as I had never purchased a "luxury" car. My wife and daughter enjoyed meeting with him and learning more about the Audi brand. Dubois, Tyler, Dan and Robert provided me with wonderful service from the first test drive to the eventual financing of the vehicle. No pressure, very professional and a feeling that I was a valued customer will make me return to them, when I am in need for a new car in the future.

My husband and I had the recent experience of interacting with the team at Audi Owings Mills. It was a terrific experience from start to finish. The team... is very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Our Audi Brand Specialist James "Jim" Coffin was a pleasure to work with during this overwhelming time. He is passionate about the Audi brand and spent a good deal of time with us answering a lot of questions. The professionalism and charm equally extends to the ownership, Michael Wanner, and Robert Williams. All were attentive to our needs and we never felt rushed during the process. Beautiful, beautiful space with a convenient location. This dealership understands the value of customer service!

We were buying a car for my daughter to replace the one that was totaled when she was rear-ended. Of course the insurance company did not give her enough... money to replace her car, so we were shopping under a lot of stress. The first contact from the Audi dealership was with Julian Thornton. He could not have been any more pleasant and helpful. Even his texts back and forth were friendly. He guided me through a very nice test ride off of the crazy-busy road the dealership was located on. It gave me the chance to pay attention to the car instead of all the traffic. He answered any questions I had and found the answers to any he was unsure about. The manager came over and introduced himself. He was also able to answer a few more questions I had. We were buying a used Toyota Prius from an Audi dealership which felt a little silly to us, but we might as well been buying a brand new Audi for all the attention and care they gave us. The dealership was immaculate, as was the car, so I came back with my daughter the following day. Julian was busy with another customer, so he introduced us to James Coffin who would work with us. I was a little disappointed that we would not be able to work with Julian, but James was every bit as pleasant and helpful as Julian. He took my daughter for a nice test-ride, again, on the calmer side roads behind the busy road the dealership was on. Everything went well, so I told her to choose between the Prius we had seen earlier in the week, and the one she just test drove. The bottom line is the deciding factor was that we both felt better giving our money to a dealership that was so helpful, friendly, and pressure free. If I can ever afford an Audi, there will be no question as to where I shop. The only issue I have is that there was no flexibility on the price. We are so strapped for cash, that it would have been incredibly helpful if we could have gotten the price down a bit.

I was looking for a new Audi and set up a test drive with James Coffin to confirm the model I selected was the one I wanted. James was very professional... and answered all my questions. James did an extensive search and found the Audi I wanted with the options I requested. He reviewed the vehicle with me when it arrived and followed up with me a few days after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied with the car. If you are looking for a Audi, I would recommend James Coffin and Audi Owings Mills.

The place was not busy the day I went there to purchase new Audi. I received good service and personal attention throughout. Paperwork was smooth process.... My salesperson, James, was good and highly recommend.

James Coffin was the right person for me to talk to! I told him I had drove all the way from Woodbridge, VA; and I was looking for latest Audi Magazine... (#114) and James knew exactly where to find one. Also, I ask him about two vehicles I was interested in: the RS5 and the 2019 Q8. Without feeling any sales pressure, he gave me as much information as he could about both vehicles. James was friendly and pleasure to talk with. Although, the Q8 won???t be available for another three months; James will be the salesman (Audi Brand Specialist) that I will be looking for.
