I recently had my F150 rear differential repaired, and I want to recognize the excellent service I received. The customer service representative, Kevin, went above and beyond to make sure the repair was handled quickly and correctly. He took the time to explain the process, kept me updated, and made sure everything was completed the same day so I could get back on the road. Kevin?s professionalism and dedication to customer care really stood out, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into helping me. Outstanding service all around?thank you!

I will never buy a vehicle for them again. The buying process was good but it was the after buying process that is horrible, they really didn?t seem to care after I bought the truck from them. 2013 ford f150. Less than a month after buying a truck a big mechanical issue arose with the cooling fans turning on full blast after a minute of driving, something with the temperature sensor and a bunch of other things needed to be fixed/replaced costing thousands for the repairs? I was expected to pay even though less than a month ago I just paid 25k for the truck. Manager got involved and state we will pay for the costs but you need to buy the warranty package (I did buy the warranty package) but Wow okay. A year later more problems came with the timing cam phazer issues, every year for three years I owned the truck. On the third year of owning the truck and again the timing issue came up I was fed up with the truck having issues and wanted to get something more reliable. I went back to them and tell them what has been happening and it was easy for them since I always took it to them to get it worked on. No remorse, only willing to offer less than trade in value to take THEIR TRUCK back. This going somewhere else to do business for a new truck. I bought a new truck called All world ford letting them know I no longer need to be in their call list and take me out of their system, once I get my remaining warranty left on my old truck. Months later still can?t get a hold of the finance guy to get my remaining warranty on my old truck. Just time to cut loses and move on, not a very good way to handle a young customer who will need many trucks in the future.

Would give All World ZERO stars if I could. Poorest customer service I have experienced in a long time. Service guy, Chris, DOES NOT listen when an issue is explained, has nothing but excuses, assumes ZERO responsibility for failure to complete service appointment goals, lacks effective communication skills. Appears the service department's goals are to give their customers the run around and see how many times they can come back to try and fix the same problem. Needless to say, seeking a new Ford dealership to FINALLY get my issues resolved. Would NEVER recommend All World 0/10.

Back in August 2022, I wrote a review on the “All World Ford” dealership in Hortonville, Wi. stating that they sold me a vehicle with an “Illegally Plugged Tire” that was concealed. They claimed they knew nothing about it, even though they should have. Or, did they know and didn’t report the problem? Now, after only 22,000 miles, my vehicle alerted with a ”Service Brake Pad” message. I took the vehicle to a certified service repair shop and was told I had to completely replace my rear brakes (brake pads and rotors) because they were completely expired. The mechanic who replaced the brakes, also reported that I had “significant” rust damage on the under carriage of the vehicle. How can these problems occur with only 22,000 miles. And how did the dealership not know about any of these problems when they are required to perform a used vehicle inspection and complete a window disclosure label before offering a vehicle for sale. They are also required to list any problems they should "reasonably" have known about, based on their “inspection, test drive, and paperwork check”. Obviously, none of this was done. Was it intentional or just plain stupidity? I would highly suggest that anyone buying a car from this dealership have the vehicle checked out by a certified auto technician before purchase. Be aware….
