Buyer beware!!

Great truck, but many issues, no air cleaner for starters. Rear brake caliper bolt came out, took out the wheel and brake line. We had to have it towed and repaired to the tune of $790.00 Called and attempted to explain what happened, MAJOR communication issues!! Still haven't heard back from them, after I paid cash for the truck, they texted me everyday for a week.

Very dirty

I purchased a 2011 Toyota Corolla from First Class Motors and was told that the vehicle was in mint condition and had a fresh oil change. Neither were true. The carpet on the drivers side had an 12 in hole in it down to the metal frame of the car. I had to clean the interior 5 time before the dirty water in the machine was anything less then black (gross). Every filter on the vehicle needed to be replaced. The cabin air filter was completely black. The rear brakes were so fare out of adjustment that the shoes did not even touch the drum. The front brake pad were warn so bad that the inside pad was almost to the metal. Had to do a full brake job on the front. The transmission fluid had never been change and smelled like a dead animal. 4 drain and fills and a filter kit later it seems much better. There is a leak in the transmission. Hopefully the transmission does not go out?? So many more issues that could have been taken care of that would have made this car reasonably good but this dealer had no interest in doing anything at all. If you do buy from this place you better by a good mechanic and make them reduce the price enough to cover all of the parts you will need to bring it up to par. They also claimed to do a 106 point safety inspection. Well as you can read above there are many safety issues that they missed and I can tell you that they did not even look a the car because every wheel was rusted on. If it was inspected the wheels would have been removed and put back on and that did not happen.

Awesome experience

This was a very pleasant and stress free buying experience! When we walked in we were greeted by Slim and she was very attentive to our needs. Jerry worked hard to ensure we were able to get a vehicle that suited our family. Lesley was kind and efficient being the cars to test drive. And John was very knowledgeable about the financial documents. This was a very wonderful experience and this is truly a winning team!! There were no tricks with the prices, they are very transparent.

I had bad experience with this dealer, I purchased the car one month ago the check engine light was on also I had to put lot of money into it, I contacted them to let them what happened with me but no response, so I don't recommend them.
