Enjoyed buying a car here. Didn't feel rushed, and they spent time making sure I understood everything about my car. The only thing is some of the wait times seemed a bit too long, but that is to be expected.

Cameron was very helpful with the purchase of a new vehicle

Dealership was well organized and managed. I received assistance within a minute of entering the parking lot, and I was impressed with their strategy for dealing with Covid 19. Cameron was very helpful and thorough throughout the buying process. Overall, one of the more stress free experiences I have had when purchasing a vehicle. Chris (the finance rep) was very organized and got us in and out in a timely manner.

Warranty service trip - well done

Bought our first Kia (2019 Niro Hybrid) from CarMax and brought it to Jim Ellis for its 15k servicing. They found a problem in the steering column. They ordered the part and called me about a week later to get it installed. Everything on time, as expected. They even washed the car vacuumed it and provided a ride home and back!
