Excellent service! Since I didn’t want to wait at KIA...

Excellent service! Since I didn’t want to wait at KIA and my service was going to take longer, they put me in a loaner car for the night.

Katherine Nunn hit it out of the park!!!

On Sunday, my 2014 Kia Soul+ died while in the area. 24 hours later, I was driving off the lot in a brand new 2020 Kia Soul S! I don't have the best credit (rebuilding from divorce), nor did I have a great trade-in, and I thought I was going to end up with a used car, but Katherine did all she could do to get me into a brand new car that will give me years more road life, with the bells and whistles I really wanted in an upgrade! I was shocked it worked out so much better than I was expecting, and I still have to pinch myself when I see my new car. From front to back, the experience (primarily online) was smooth, with only a bit of waiting for Finance at the dealership (they were down to just Chris Turner that evening), which was understandable and acceptable. I cannot recommend the team at Jim Ellis Kia enough, and will definitely send any other Kia friends their way in the future!

always great service, great customer service, Lavar is the best ! Got me in and out quick and price was same as was advised. Everyone is very courteous and on the spot !

Best deal around!

Shopping for a new Kia Rio S, I visited three different Kia dealerships (Athens, Gainsville and Kennesaw) asking for their best price. Though all three dealerships treated me kindly, Jim Ellis Kia was the only one to exceed my price expectations. Also, Katherine Nunn, my salesperson, is one of the friendliest people you'll come across. With three more kids who will soon be driving, I have no problem giving Jim Ellis continued business!

Mark in the service center was very friendly. I appreciated his pleasant attitude. I was disappointed in my 4 hour wait. I expected a couple of hours based on what was needed but then it too way longer and the part I needed wasn’t available for at least 3 days. An oil change and a relay for the fan was all I needed.

Finance dept. very disappointing. Turner’s review of paperwork was FAST. In area of service and maintenance/warranty purchases the amount was not as he quoted! In review when I got home I had signed up for $2000 and had been told 699. Which I repeated to him. My fault I guess for trusting his word instead of slowly reviewing each line BEFORE I signed! Hopefully these items will not be worthless paper! Jimmy Hendrix was a joy. Very attentive and courteous.
