Ok but not ok
This was an appointment for my mother and as she lives a bit aways. She came down that morning and dropped the car off at 0930. Was told it would be about 2 hrs. At 1230, she calls and gets no answer and I call. Get told the car just went in about 30 mins ago and should be done in 2 hrs!!! At 1530 we go and ask about the car, it’s been ready since 1330/1400!! She was given $100 off the bill but sometimes money is not enough. She did get to spend the day with me and my kids, but she had other things planned that she had to cancel. Would give higher review but for the lack of information as to what was happening, not good! Didn’t get service tech name but he did help us out.

OIL CHANGE & OVERALL CHECK OUT
Bought my car at this dealership & they are the only ones who've worked on my car. Every oil change, tire rotation, whatever. Never have a problem & if there is a slight one they always make it right.
