Not very happy with the service I received from there...
Not very happy with the service I received from there about a month ago I took my car there to get the recall done it’s a old van 2008 they told me that it was missing four recalls and they could only do two they had to get parts for the other two I had to call a week and a half before I can get a response left several messages with Mark or Mike at the Kia in Kennesaw finally got a call back after I complained and he left me a message on my machine that He was waiting for an additional part and he will call me when it was in that was a week ago . still haven’t heard from Them .I’m chasing the dealer for service not very good customer service .

Car was supposed to get an oil change along with tires...
Car was supposed to get an oil change along with tires balanced and rotated. You did NOT rotate my tires!! Staff could not get my request done at all. Horrible

Camille is an amazing worker!
With being thorough and managing my experience with trying to get my car part replaced, Camille made sure that things were in order and communicated with me clearly that she would be there to help me always.
