Bryson was great. He initiated the paperwork before I got to the dealership, and the entire process only took an hour after I got there. I drove home with a brand new car and I love it!

Service Tech excellent, warranty not worth two dead flies.

This is our third KIA, and the second time the so-called warranty has let us down. We will never buy another KIA due to the fake warranty.

Excellent service and more

I can't say enough about the attention James Wind gave us as we shopped for a KIA. He took into consideration all of our needs as well as giving us all the pertinent information about the KIA in order to make a final decision. Furthermore I accidentally set off the security system when we stopped at a store on the way home. We were unable to disengage the system no matter what we did even after following the directions in the owners manual.. When my grandson called James who was on his way home, he pulled over and consulted his manual as well. With numerous calls back and forth, James was right there trying to walk us through every possible intervention. Finally the problem was solved. James' concern for our welfare and the necessity to get us home with our new vehicle went far beyond his job description. Hang on to him. He was outstanding both at the dealership and during our mini crisis!

Always good.

I like Jim Ellis having been a member of his father's church in Norcross. His belief passed to his family to always treat the customer as if they matter. The people have always treated me well.

When setting up the appointment Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I arrived Lavar got me setup and taken care of as soon as I arrived. Diana spoke to us and made friendly while we waited for Lavar to get information from my car. Very helpful and nice!
