Repair
I scheduled an appointment to repair my back door handle that fell off (the other side fell off 11/18 and still not recall). Quoted me over $500 to repair. Came home, found the handle, ordered 2 parts totaling $17 with shipping, pulled up a video on youtube and repaired it myself. Still had to pay $89 (over $100 after taxes and labor cost to look at it). Now back to Diana, she is awesome and always happy. She is my favorite service person to work with. She addresses you super quick and is always friendly.

Work was done on time. I was even offered a ride to go shopping. The only thing is that the price is outrageous. I was told I needed about 7 different services done, was only able to get 3 done. My guy was great 👍.

Fast service before I needed to go out of town
I contacted Lavar when the engine light came on, he returned my call promptly and advised me how to get the vehicle to him for service the next day. He helped get my vehicle repair done timely so I was still on track for my trip. He provided details on getting a tow as well as getting a ride to the service center the next day. I was pleased he was so responsive and got the issue taken care of so quickly. Lavar works hard to make sure the customer is happy. He listens and makes it happen. Thank you Lavar! Brought the new 2019 Kia Sorento in because it has a surge/hesitation about shifting. Was told this is how the car drives. Was suggested to leave it in Sport mode to avoid this issue. The car just does not feel right and have never is 53 years of driving had a car that feels this way if nothin was wrong. By the way do not like to drive in sport mode when better

Jason Dale did an excellent job. He went above and beyond to help. He got me a rental car while mine was being repaired. He called to keep me informed of what was going on and to let me know when my car was ready to pick up.
