I highly recommend Jim Ellis Kia on Barrett pkwy. I took my car in for the 90,000 service. Maintenance was quick and efficient. Dealership also provided Lyft to take me home and then pick me up to take me back to the dealership for vehicle pickup. Great job.

Amazing Customer Service

I just recently bought my second Kia from this dealership! They are so kind and really put their customers first. I tried another Kia dealership and left there due to a very aggressive salesman. I went back to Jim Ellis and found exactly what I needed! James Wind answered all of my questions, he did not pressure me, and he made sure the car was exactly what I was looking for.

Great Experience

I dropped by for an oil change without making an appointment. They took the car in and performed the service and washed my car in less than an hour. I had a cup of coffee and enjoyed the complimentary WIFI while waiting. Excellent experience!

No Pressure Buying Experience

fair price, honest and friendly

I worked with an online agent to establish a price for the car I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership, we met with Larry Whorley. He took us for a test drive, completed the paperwork with us (for the price I was expecting, and introduced us to the rest of the team. Our purchase was a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend Jim Ellis Kia.
