Came in on a Monday because my oil pressure light came...

Came in on a Monday because my oil pressure light came on. They told me it could be Wednesday before it was fixed. It was ready that afternoon. Haven't had any problems with it since then.

Great Experience

I was moving from out of state and unlike other dealerships I was talking to, Jim Ellis was honest, forthright and willing to work with me. Erika, the internet sales person was patient and able to look into everything I asked and didn't mess around on the price. Isaiah was equally helpful in explaining the different options for financing. Greg Landry had everything ready to go when I got there. I could not be more happy with my experience at Jim Ellis.

Very Helpful

When I first got there everyone was friendly and welcoming I was greeted by Mr. Larry there’s a lot that I can say about him but I know I have to make a short his personality is awesome he is very very knowledgeable of cars and all the information that goes with it Larry was very funny his Spirit is awesome I wish it was more Larry’s in the world because he could sell me anything make you feel comfortable we will make sure you get is something that you can afford is not above your means and very very honest I would like to say thanks to Mr. Larry for helping me out I never thought that I can get in a brand new car it brought tears to my eyes I will be back I will bring my daughters thanks so much So much for all the hospitality
