    Had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Drove from Cape Cod after finding what my husband was looking for. They could't have been any nicer. DANDY... the saleman was so helpful and friendly. The manager was very nice and the greeters were great. Would go back again.

    Vachon was previously Courtesy Ford, which was a den of scam artists. I went to Vachon to just check out a car. I had zero intention of giving them my... business and was prepared to travel farther away to make the purchase. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Vachon is not Courtesy Ford. Terry St. Onge greeted us at the door. He did not push us into providing information and was not sneaky to fill his quota. He checked the inventory for what we were looking for and brought us right to the vehicle. He answered questions and was patient as we began the process. He did not waste any of our time and listened to what we wanted. We returned the following day and were greeted by staff who remembered us. Terry's desk neighbor (Dandy?) even offered us drinks while we sat with Terry. This was nowhere near my previous experience at Courtesy. Terry walked us through the process of handling our trade-in value and brought us over to the finance manager to complete the paperwork. While they were prepared to have us drive away immediately, we preferred to empty and clean our trade-in. Like I said, we weren't ready to walk away with a car when we first entered Vachon. When we returned the following day to take possession, Terry was again waiting to greet us. He had even brought two bottles of water waiting for us! While the finance manager no longer had time for our questions, Terry made sure to answer our questions and walk us through each item until we were completely satisfied. While we were waiting for the insurance to be faxed through, Terry's desk neighbor even stopped to say hi! Terry then went and transferred our plates. He had filled the gas tank the night before. He walked us through the set-up for FordPass and even showed us how to handle a variety of features. I know this seems silly, but so few dealers actually take that time any more. Terry St. Onge was a pleasure to work with and completely changed my opinion on this local dealership. It's a shame that so many sites still link Courtesy Ford reviews with the intensely better Vachon Ford. I would send customers his way in a heartbeat.

    Ed, I'm Brandon and and one other guy I can't remember his name help me out a lot including to offer to mail my stuff back to me that was Brandon Ed been... helping me out support in Philadelphia above and beyond the job which Philadelphia should be taken care of thank you Guys

    This was my first visit to Vachon Ford and I can assure you it will not be my last! They absolutely make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.... Joe the manager answered every question I had. They helped me figure out the best possible situation for me to either lease or finance. It was a nice change to be over educated on purchasing a vehicle instead of being rushed through it.

    Worst experience of my life!!! The finance manager is a total scam artist, I can see why they hired him. Behind all that talk is nothing but lies. Don’t... trust a word any of these people say and please don’t tell them how much money you can put down because they’ll use that to get more money out of you. This finance manager has put me through a lot of stress and pressure with asking me to put additional money down during the day of the deal. Prior to the deal being made I told home I’d put $3000 down and that was fine with him but no he wanted to squeeze every bit of money out of me that he could to make his commission. I get they have to live off commission but when it gets to the point where you have to squeeze money out of your customers to make a commission it shows all you care about is money instead of the people who are the reasoning for your business and your paychecks. Us customers deserve respect and should be able to trust you guys! Because this is the second expensive invest people put their money into. I am very disappointed with this dealership and would never recommend them. The finance manager is all talk and all lies do ever put your trust in that man JAMIE CELLUCI I just can’t believe these people are denying to give me my registration and would risk having me drive my car without my registration!!!! They don’t care about me they only care about their money!!!
