I worked with Natalia and Alex and within two days I purchased a car. My husband and I moved down from Nj last year and knew our second car needed to be replaced but waited for it to finally die. Our experience in NJ with pushy car salesman and a day long procedure of buying and negotiating a deal was so unpleasant! These two young ladies were so professional and thorough. I told them what I was looking for and within hours then gave me a list revised it twice and the second day I found my car . They did the research and got the cars from the other locations within a day and also followed up after the sale. This saved us a incredible of time and made the experience enjoyable. The deal was then closed by Paul with the right pricing without him asking different people . I knew NC had a lot of nice people but these employees are incredible even the service people remembered our dying car name and gave us condolences lol . I am so grateful for the leadership this dealership gives to their employees of how to service buyers ! A+ to you all .
