Very helpful

This dealership helped me out a lot. I did not have a ride here I'm from Cherry Point, North Carolina so it was a two hour drive that they provided for me. Very helpful for my situation.

We have had 3 previous Mazda vehicles and have just ordered parts for most repairs. So this has been the 1st for major repairs. The service department staff was so nice to deal with. Our service rep Trey was awesome!!! Respectful and knowledgeable to our needs and set us up with a beautiful courtesy vehicle while then work was being done. Mazda had advertised online a discount and Trey was able to apply that to our bill which helped us a lot.

Car is great, service center is great but people on the...

Car is great, service center is great but people on the floor leave a lot to be desired. Wrong vin number put on my paperwork so I had to return to my insurance agent to correct it. Wrong purchase price put on my paperwork so I had to return to initial a correction. And most aggravating, it took me 4 months to get my registration because the wrong address was put on my paperwork and after returning twice to supposedly get it corrected I ended up going myself to DMV to get it corrected. It is a shame that the quality of your salespeople does not come up to the quality of your product. I would certainly recommend Mazda if a friend asked for my opinion but I may suggest they try a different dealership.
