I wanted to take a moment and thank a few people at this dealership. I recently needed some service done on my mint 2009 Lexus GS450h and I want to tell everyone about my experience. History about the car, I bought it about 6 months ago as a daily driver (my 23 MINI JCW, also from Fields, is a summer only car). The GS had only 48k miles on the clock and so I made sure to purchase an extended warranty because it is low mileage but older. I contacted Alana Maxwell so she could refer me to someone in service who was the great Marvin Dumanlang. I was in the car business for 13 years and changed careers a year and a half ago so its important since I have no control over my own experiences and have to rely on others. All I can say is that they have been nothing but fantastic, comfortable, an overall flawless and great experience. I cannot leave out Anastasia Stergiou, she has been fabulous and helpful as well and her outfits are ON POINT always! Thank you all for reading, always be nice to the service and dealership staff as they are all top tier to work with from sales to service. Fields Auto Group as a whole is very good and not like other groups.
