Excellent. Within 5 minutes I was sitting at their free food lounge area eating and drinking coffee. Within 2 hours I was in my car fully maintained for its first maintenance service.

The service department has deteriorated.
The service department has deteriorated. I was given a service deal on my car. The second service was denied. The most recent service had no communication. I was never told my car was ready. I have been a customer at this dealership for many years and never been this disappointed

Purchased a 2024 Lexus 300 ESH yesterday and after 50 years of buying vehicles I can say it was my best dealership experience ever. No hidden unadvertised add-ons to the vehicle and fair in the price negotiations. Dan Hoxhaj-Tony Antonov -Kirill Ruditskiy and Josh were all very easy to negotiate with and deliver the vehicle within a couple hours after arrival. He is the best with all his expertise and knowledge. I give him five stars for his friendly and fantastic service.
