They need a better phone system and better people who

They need a better phone system and better people who answer the phones. A virtual assistant is not helpful. A real person should be but isn’t always here. Great service person Kevin

Took advantage of me

Took full advantage of me, be careful. I was new to this process and they knew that and have me what looked like a great deal, but when I showed it to someone who knew, it became clear I was taken advantage of. I brought it to their attention, theyre response "we see that this is not a great deal, but nothing e can do now. We'll just make sure to take care of you in 3 years, don't worry we won't forget you"... ya right. Good luck folks.

No car wash!

Car was serviced promptly but was released to me without being washed. Not happy that I have to return to get my car washed yuk!

Love this place!

I walked into the dealership and the woman at the desk paired me with Nate. He was very personable and friendly. Nate listened to all my questions and concerns about the cars and helped my find my dream car.

Great customer service.

Great customer service. Called the night before and had the car brought it in the next morning. Service was Fast and convenient. Customer’s lounge was very comfortable with a chef and breakfast waiting. Vehicle was completed within an hour and I was kept up-to-date on its progress during the maintenance. First class customer service.
