very unhappy.

very unhappy. After leasing 3 vehicles, I purchased in May. Lexus financial says they sent title to dealership. Its now Sept 29. no title. Folks at Fields do not respond or return calls. Al Rigoni

I was 100% happy with Bredemann Lexus for 19 years. Didn’t know what Fields would be like.l’m happy to say my expierence with Fields has been even better thanks to Mr Kim who helped me with the purchase of my 2022 RX 350 F Sport. Today I was in for the second service. Jeff Holmstrom greeted me at the service desk to expedite service on a wait basis. He actually located me in the sales area when the work was completed. While waiting, Jim Drya recognized me and we had a pleasant conversation. My visit today left me relaxed and relieved me from the stress I was feeling this week. You can’t put a price on that! Congratulations, your Dealership is one of the “BEST”.

Always a pleasure to go to Glenview Fields Lexus...Purchased two ES350 there...Kevin is the person who, a few years ago told me that there was no need to purchase 4 new tire presure sensor, as I was told by the local tire shop. Wow! $800+ stayed in my pocket! Now, after remodeling, the place looks fantastic! Thank you all and chapeau bas! Rich

Fields Lexus Glenview provides the BEST customer care and service. Wonderful experience at this dealership from the moment you arrive until you leave. Service Manager Jeff Kaddatz gets 10 stars for his expertise, helpfulness, kindness and guidance. Jeff always goes the extra mile to make sure ypur vehicle runs perfectly. Jeff, thank you for remembering about my windshield, it looks like brand new. The recently remodeled Fields Lexus Glenview dealership is beautiful, and you can even enjoy breakfast while you wait for your car to be serviced!
