I have had my Lexus ES serviced at Field's Lexus for several years following their purchase of the dealership from Bredemann. They are very efficient and, because I live a good distance from the dealership, they always accommodate me with a free loaner (most recently a 2023 hybrid ES). They also provide a specific price quote on their service, as well as discount coupons. Finally, their personnel are consistently friendly and hard working. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership.

Great experience in this newly remodeled Lexus of Glenview. Nate and Dave worked together to make this purchase happen for us. Josh was awesome with the technical setup for both of us - super knowledgeable and patient! Salina was very helpful as she explained the many additional options available to us. The atmosphere of this dealership is outstanding!

I've been going to this dealer to service one of our cars for the past few years. The service is consistently strong. They also provide advice and support regularly by phone. I have two cars and quit taking my Subaru to the local dealer because they were really inconsistent and started a lot of up charging. In the past year, I traveled quite a bit by car and had to stop at multiple dealerships and auto repair spots to deal with an oil issue in that other car. I tend to ask a lot of questions so I can understand the issues. It's fascinating, and disturbing, the difference in treatment and diagnostics across different service companies. At Fields I don't get the negative treatment and they don't seem to be trying to upsell repairs. Also, despite the fact that servicing cars is expensive I have found them to be very fair.

Bad experience, Brad in sales valued my 2020 NX300 $4000.00 less than Woodfield Lexus did. I would not recommend Brad as your sales consultant!

Great car buying experience. Worth the one hour drive from down south. They had the car I wanted at a fair price. They gave me a fair price on my trade in.. Nate was very straight forward. I whined about the price of tax/fees etc and they gave me more on my trade in. Salina was excellent, very efficient. I was in and out in 3 hours with my new car!! Even had time for a panini!! Yes, full service lunch counter with a chef. Beautiful new dealer facility. Easy to find of 294. The way car buying should be!! Thank you.
