My service experience at Fields Lexus on 8/17/2023
The entire experience @ Fields Lexus for my 10K maintenance on my 2022 ES350 was superb. From checking in with service advisor Jesse Quintana to having breakfast @ the cafe. The woman who made breakfast was extremely polite. Within 1 & a half hours the maintenance was complete. Jesse explained everything that was done. He was polite & thorough and answered all my questions. The cashier was friendly & polite also. Bottom line, my experience was one of a kind. I would advise anyone driving a Lexus to have their service performed at Fields Lexus.

I have purchased 8 cars from this dealership and my cars are insured through my employer. When I purchased this last vehicle they held my car hostage until I could get my name on the insurance card. This issue took 24 hours to resolve and at least an extra hour on top of the 4 I had already spent there.

The service was excellent, especially Jeffrey . I'm not happy about the key situation, but everything else was good. I'm not very happy with Lexus, but Fields is good

We took our Lexus RX350 in for a 90,000 mile check up.
We took our Lexus RX350 in for a 90,000 mile check up. Malinda was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. She went over all the items included in the check up, and said they would be in touch, if anything else was needed. She texted quickly, when two new items were needed. The car was completed within the time frame given, even 30 minutes early! The car was clean and a gentleman even cleaned off a few bird spots on the front and rear bumpers. This was a perfect experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
