I wanted to share my great experience at this dealership. I have had multiple Lexus cars and just leased a new RX 350. My sales consultant, Keith Tennyson, was informative, patient and had all information required in timely fashion. Howard Meron, technical specialist, is a font of information and went through all the tips, tricks and enhancements to effectively using the new car. Lastly, John Hash, is the new car sales manager. He has been involved in all four of my Lexus cars, even under a different dealership name. He always remembers me and wants to ensure a have a great experience and that I will choose to lease my next car through them. I have been a customer of Fields Lexus for over 10 years. I have purchased from them and also use them regularly for car service and repairs. They are highly responsive and provide excellent customer service. They have a very convenient valet pick-up / drop-off option instead of having to bring the car in. Super reliable. Recently I was suspecting some issues with the hybrid battery on my ES 300h but they checked it and in fact advised me against doing anything right now for it, saying the battery appeared to have plenty of life left in it.

My car is a 2004 RX330 and I always returned for service with Glenview Lexus because I was always happy with their service. The mechanic Lawrence Rigor knew my car so well that I always asked for him. He is excellent . Malinda and Marvin were always helpful and knowledgeable. I also love the coffee and little treats in the waiting room.

Fields kept us informed through the long wait that is now normal for a new car. We received many updates as they searched for the model with the accessories we wanted. The transaction was smooth without any surprises. Delivered as promise. Howard Meron in the technology department was extremely helpful in educating us with all the tech components of the car.
