I was expecting better than average
I showed up on a Saturday afternoon to look at a 2011 Chevy Malibu for my son. It was extremely busy which I would have expected. My sales guy was working with multiple customers but managed to check in on me during my time there. The experience went 'south' once I decided to buy the car. The wait time to get in with the finance department was much longer than one would expect. Once we got to that point, we felt rushed through the process. Once the paperwork was signed, we were handed one set of keys. I was told the car only had one set and no owners manual and I would be responsible to purchase if I wanted an extra set or manual. I also found out that the rear brakes on this car were in need of immediate replacement and the seal on the headlight was broken . I asked for the service record on the safety inspection (twice) but no one ever got back to me. Aside from what I paid for the car, I now have to come up with an additional $1000.00 to fix some of the known issues. I would have expected the dealer to be more up front with some of the items mentioned above. I know it was not one of their higher end cars but I should expect the same level of service regardless.

Amazing staff and car selection
We saw a car salesman named Bryce and he was awesome. He was not pushy, answered all our questions, and did everything he could to give us the best deal. We traded in our Honda CR-V for the 2013 JX35 and are nothing but happy. Our Infiniti is spacious, great gas mileage, and was affordable. If you want personable service I would recommend going here in a heartbeat.

My Car buying Experience
To whom it may concern; These 3 gentlemen made my car buying experience with my son very memorable. Chad with his professional appearance and knowledge of the car we purchased made it easy to spend $40,000. Marcin Took the time and made sure all of our concerns we're satisfied. I was upset about not understanding why I had to pay certain tax rate. It's easy to take care of a happy customer but to take care of a unhappy customer is much harder. These gentlemen professionally calmed me down and helped me understand that I was wrong. This is not an easy task. I would like you to kindly shake their hand for me. Hay lets not forget Andrew Also please thank Andrew for educating us about our insurance needs and putting air in my wife's flat car tire. We only had 10 lbs of pressure.
