One of the best car buying experiences to date. To summarize, I inquired about a car advertised online, stopped at the dealership to look at it, Mackenzie gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade, and made me a great deal on the car. The whole process literally took about 45 minutes. Would definitely buy from again. One of the few times where a salesperson made sure I was being taken care of... even after the sale.

When I eventually return for routine maintenance I am confident the attention to detail I have already experienced will continue.

Came to Infinity of Hoffman Estates with an idea of what I wanted but not quite sure which style / model I should go with. I was immediately greeted by Geno who was very patient and knowledgable with what they had to offer. He took the time to show us all the different options. Never felt pressure or got the feeling that he just wanted to close the deal and get us out of there. Financing was the most stress free I've ever had buying a car thanks to Brad. Thank you Jon, Mike, and Brad for such a wonderful car buying experience. We had our eyes set on a different car through a different dealership. They were unable to show us the car for 4 more days and we needed to get something before the weekend. We searched online and knew of the Motorwerks reputation and decided to look at two different cars during our shopping experience at this dealership. I called and talked to Jon before going over to the dealership and right away I knew that I felt comfortable dealing with him and that he was going to do what ever it took to earn my business. He had the car we wanted to look at completely detailed and ready to go when we walked in the door. On closer inspection it was missing one option we desperately needed (Navigation) and we decided to look at a different BMW that was an upgrade in every department than what we were looking at previously. They all 3 worked hard to get us in to the car that is exactly everything we wanted and more. They were straight forward through the entire experience and not once did I feel "taken" or "slimy" at the end. We got a fantastic vehicle at a fantastic price thorough a very well known dealership in the Northwest suburbs. Working with these 3 guys was just icing on the cake!
