INFINITI of Hoffman Estates

From the moment i walked in i was greeted by Walter Watts and it turned into a great buying experience. We found the right car for me but it had a few things that i did not like. He understood what i wanted and made it happen. I came in with my dad and just looking but left behind the wheel of a new M37x just the way i wanted it. He also took the time to show me around the car, features and even helped me set up my phone to the car. I also have to thank Jason Nuzzo for helping us and going out of his way to make sure i leave happy and for been understanding. I've purchased Iinfiniti's before from other Infiniti dealer in Chicago area and my experience wasn't pleasant until I went to Infiniti Hoffman Estates.If you are looking for a smooth transaction, I will recommend this location over any other Infiniti Dealer. Do not purchase a car from this dealer online. After 212 miles of driving one way twice, the car ended up being 704.79 dollars more then the price of the car from added paperwork expenses alone. They insisted they collected the Excise tax on Indiana plates, when I found out that was a lie and just another way of getting more profit from the purchaser, they refused to take off the 536.36 cost. Had the car not been a low price and I had already rented a tow dolly and asked my brother to tow it back home (Electric car), I would have walked away from the deal. Do not buy a car from these people, If you live out of state, unless you want a few hundred bucks added to the cost, after driving a long distance to get the car. These people will lie to you for a few bucks, knowing you won't buy again from them.

Adam was as pleasant a person to deal with that I have ever met at a dealership. He tried his best to get the car we were interested in for us but we found a different one and ended up purchasing that one. Great guys to work with, no pressure and very forthcoming about our trades. Would definitely recommend them.
