INFINITI of Hoffman Estates

My wife and I have been debating for awhile now on replacing one of our vehicles. We previously owned an Infiniti and were eager to get back into one. When we found the perfect one online we went to the dealership to test drive it only to find out someone beat us to it. Luckily for us there was plenty of others to choose from and Walter helped to get us into a slightly better vehicle for the same price. I would highly recommend Walter and this dealership to anyone looking for a great car at an outstanding price.

I am 19 and this was my first time purchasing my own car. I was already set on buying a car from another dealership, but had happened to stop by Infiniti of Hoffman Estates by chance. We were greeted by Adam who took us inside to discuss more about the types of car we might be interested in. We told him our price range and he provided us with a list of various cars. I narrowed it down to about 5 cars based on my preferences and then we decided to test drive a few of them. Adam recommended the Infiniti g37xS and I immediately fell in love with this car after the test drive. We came back the next day to negotiate the price of our car we were trading in and then purchased the Infiniti at a fair price. Overall, it was a great first time experience purchasing my own car and I would highly recommend working with Adam. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. He was very patient with us making our decision and invested a lot of time explaining all the features about the cars. One of the things I appreciated was that Adam took me as a serious buyer and provided exceptional customer service, whereas the other dealerships took me as a kid and didn’t really bother explaining much about their cars. Again, I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates and working with Adam!

Tony Guzman was great! I have visited a ton..of dealerships, and this was the best experience I have had! I came to the dealer from several hours away, test drove the car I wanted, and all seemed well. It's the actual paperwork and process to follow. Typically, it's a fairly simple process but I spent hours waiting for a response (running my credit 5 different times >_< ) and not to mention they FAILED to submit my plate transfer to the SoS dept. So it prolonged the already painstakingly long process to renew my license plates (finished in just under a month)!! My salesman was helpful, slightly less knowledgeable about the vehicles but I knew more than enough so that was OK. All in all he was very helpful, but I'm more disappointed in their poor practices as a dealership and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Tony provided a painless experience of trading in a brand new Nissan Murano for a new Infiniti QX60, which finally has all the expected safety bells and whistles! Tony thoroughly explained all of the car's features and answered all my questions. Tony and Marcin not only put together an awesome sales/trade-in package, but were also efficient for this out-of-state customer. I will happily return to service my new QX60 and trust that everyone at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates is as genuine and considerate as Tony!

Javier Ortiz made my car shopping experience so easy. After visiting numerous car dealerships in the area I knew Javier was the man to get the job done. I live in Springfield Missouri and own Affordable Home Improvements Inc., a remodeling and construction company. I searched on line for an additional, low mileage vehicle with space for materials. I specifically wanted a Dodge Magnum RT with the Hemi V8. I spoke to 7 different dealers until Motor Werks took in a 38,000 low mileage, original owner since new Magnum. I immediately contacted the dealership who put me in touch with Gino Cabana. In one day, via email, texts and mobile phone while I was at work, we negotiated the purchase price, arranged the financing, approved the deal, provided a deposit and scheduled me to pick up the car a few days later. Gino and manager Rick Altenhoff provided a professional, courteous, informative and responsive pleasant overall dealer experience. I flew in on Monday night, Gino picked me up at my hotel the next morning, picked up the car Tuesday morning, test drive, spent 15 minutes on paperwork and was driving down Interstate 55 to Springfield all within an hour!!! No nonsense , just professionalism at its finest. I was also extremely pleased with the detailing done on the car. It was in the showroom and with all the bright lights I was able to look it over carefully. The exterior was spotless. The interior looked like it was brand new. The engine looked like it was just off the assembly line. All this and it is a 2007!! I enjoyed a leisurely and relaxing 7 hour drive home to Springfield and have great memories of the Perfect Deal...at the Perfect Dealership. Thank you Gino and Rick and all that helped Make My Day!!! Tony Guzman was my salesperson. He was awesome. He went through all the features of the car with me. Didn't apply any pressure. When we couldn't come to agreement on the price of one car, he was able to identify one that we could agree on the price. Same car, just a year older. I bought on a Saturday and had to come back on Monday to finalize some loose ends. One of which was getting a second key fob. I got to the dealership when it opened, but the 'fob guy' wasn't gonna be in until noon. Instead, he had the shop program a new fob even though it costs the dealership more money. So I didn't have to wait. Talk about excellent customer service!

I was in a unique situation looking for a used vehicle with the features and low mileage I wanted. At the time there were exactly two of these vehicles in the whole country and luckily one of these was in Chicago which is a viable driving distance from Minneapolis. Due to my situation I needed a responsive sales person along with a quick and effective purchase process, I got exactly that with Infinity of Hoffman Estates and my sales person Walt. And Walt has been available for a few questions after the purchase as well.
