My wife and I were looking for an FX35 with low miles. Walt showed us a 2011 model that was certified. He gave us plenty of time to make our decision as the interior color was not my wifes first choice. He explained the features of the car and was very knowledgeable about it. Service at this centre is awesome. Kira is very good service consultant. She is very friendly in nature. I recently bought a car and had a flat a tire yesterday. I realized that i don't have a nug nut locker. She not only fixed the problem but also gave a nug nut locker for free. She also gave me a free car wash with vacuum . I walked out of the dealership with great satisfaction. I truly appreciate her with the service she provided . I strongly recommend Kira and consider this dealership for car servicing.

When I'd started looking for a QX 60, got connected with Gino on my first call and he was very helpful right away. We were able to make an appointment the next day and it was a very smooth experience from the start. Gino was not only able to get us the car we wanted on a Saturday night, but with some extra features as well. :) I'll definitely go back to Gino when I am in the market again and would be happy to recommend his services to anyone else looking to purchase a car.

As a young woman, I have had very uncomfortable experiences car shopping in the past where I wasn't taken seriously or severely pressured. Working with Walter was the exact opposite experience. He was very kind to me and made me feel comfortable. He respected my business and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any time. He also worked to get a monthly payment that was appropriate for me. Dealership does go the extra mile and makes sure their customer walks away appreciated. I didn't make a purchase however Stuart has been great with follow-ups and willing to answer any questions.
