Geno reached out to me the day after I submitted an inquiry on cars.com regarding a pre-owned 2010 Audi Q5. No pressure sale, Geno was upfront about the car's pricing history, terms, and basically let me decide whether or not to purchase - even allowed me to take the car for the afternoon to do my own test drive and check out the vehicle before purchasing. I closed later that evening and so far, so good - definitely one of the smoothest, quickest closings I've had on an auto.

I had incredible service from Geno and Rick. They are both honest and fair people. Geno has gone out of his way to help me and made my car buying experience a very pleasant one. I feel very well taken care of and hope to buy again and again from him.

We started working with Geno by pure happenstance...he welcomed us on our first visit to the dealership. We were very straightforward about our timeline of when we would be purchasing our QX60, and had lots of questions along the way. He followed up with us in a timely fashion, answered all of our questions (as well as those we hadn't thought of yet), and never made us feel pressured. Being in sales myself, I appreciate it when someone approaches me in a more consultative role, as if he's on our side of the table with us. From a woman's point of view, we'd been to many dealers (while figuring out what we were going to buy), and most of the sales personnel didn't talk to me in the same way they talked to my husband (I.e. they were smarmy), which means we didn't stick around very long. Having been through the whole process with Geno, I know that he treats everyone with respect equally (and with a certain amount of wit, too). Women buying by themselves will get the pleasant experience they're looking for by working with him. We will definitely be working with Geno and Infiniti of Hoffman Estates again.

Bought a car about 3 weeks ago from the dealer and was very impressed with thier customer service. They went above and beyond to please my wife and I. We only ever work with dealers that will work out details over the phone most do not no matter how far away you are. They understood and did. We could not have asked for more. We are both regular car buyers every two years and will make them our first stop on the next go around. We are tough customers and they worked hard to make us happy. Great team overall. From finance to management just a great group.

Geno Cabana was very friendly, accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.
