I’ve always had my truck serviced here. Most of my visits are for routine maintenance. I am usually in/out within an hour. Service people there are always friendly.

I was very pleased with every facet of my experience at Coast Chevrolet. The service manger was courteous and efficient; and the maintenance of my vehicle was completed promptly.

Overall, this a decent dealership. However, the sales process went so quickly that I didn't get to inspect my new vehicle as thoroughly as I could / should have. While the pricing was pretty much fair, I did miss two nicks on the hood and a slight scratch on the driver's door. I took it back to show the slight imperfections, to no avail. I was told that the dealer would offer me the imperfection fix for a cost to me. The Onstar setup failed and has continued to fail, even after two service visits. It's not the service department's fault as the Onstar issue is a Chevrolet problem that they are apparently scrambling to resolve.

Very knowledgeable and courteous. At first I was skeptical of dealerships, from previous experience. My recent visit to coast brought new life. I'll be back.
