went to look at some cars we found on the website.

went to look at some cars we found on the website. when we got there the cars were priced about $10 thousand more. when we mentioned the price on the website we were told 'well, that price doesn't include fees' bait and switch. won't go there to buy. wouldn't give it any stars really.

really NO stars.

really NO stars. a bait and switch company. one price on wesite, much higher on the lot. when we showed the salesperson the website price he went and got manager. according to the manager the higher price was because of fees such as $1300 for a wash and vacuum.

The staff was very nice and The gentleman who assisting me was extremely helpful and patient with explaining what needs to be done and giving me my options. When I return I want to work with him again.

Very nice service experience.

Very nice service experience. I always go early to get a chocolate donut. The gentleman who run the snack area is exceptional!

I am Amy Wideman I am 67 years old I purchased a Kia in

I am Amy Wideman I am 67 years old I purchased a Kia in November and turned in a lease from Honda the dealer waited until December to turn in the sell. Therefore causing Honda to withdraw a payment from my bank account. I got told it was my place to let Honda know I turned in the lease to Kia. No one told me to notify them. I was also told that since Jenkins had a Honda dealer it would be no problem turning it in. I was told by Honda I would have to get my money from Kia and Kia said I had to get it from Honda I finally got a check from Honda for a grand total of $ 42.26. When the payment they took was for $526.62. I really hope that whoever got the rest of my money is enjoying it. If I had the choice to give this car back I would gladly hand it over, because the car I was excited about is now a thorn in my side. I feel I was taken for a ride by both Kia and Honda because they needed to hold the sale until the first to make sales look better. My lease had very low mileage so you were able to get a great price on it and the extra $ 500. You took from me. I work hard for my money and so should you. Shame on you. So if you’re looking to buy be aware of how you can get shafted Thank you, Amy Wideman
