Polite, took us right in.

Polite, took us right in. While waiting for service to be done, driver took us to a restaurant where we had an awesome breakfast and the dealership sent a driver to bring us back to the dealership.

Purchased 2020 Kia Sorento, was suppose to be certified

Purchased 2020 Kia Sorento, was suppose to be certified pre-owned, but nothing but trouble from day 1 and still has not repaired the oil leak, horrible to deal with. The vehicle I traded in was in much better shape. I am 72 years old and have been taken for a ride. They are nothing but thieves

Great service & waiting room.

Great service & waiting room. I will be returning it for a couple minor things I noticed after service. Where it was always lit up to show ignition to start Soul was no longer lit and the radio will not play after one turns off Kia and restarts (like when getting gas, etc.) You have to have the Soul off for a significant amount of time before radio & some dashboard lights come back on.

Was able to get an appointment the same day. Was the first time I had no problems with the automated system. Usually, I always had difficulty with it and wound up having to call the dealership to get a person to schedule an appointment. This time work without any issues.

Patrick was phenomenal.

Patrick was phenomenal. He was very supportive and attentive, as well as understanding of the situation. I never felt rushed or pressured. It was actually a really great experience. He needs to know what an amazing job he did. He makes people feel comfortable. He was like having a conversation with an old friend.
