When we made for our 2021 Kia soul, the part came in

When we made for our 2021 Kia soul, the part came in broken and they had to order another part in order for our car to run right. Our car was in the service department for 3 days.

Great Service

Always a pleasure to take my Kia Soul for service. Dave is great and tells me all that is going with my car and if anything needs to be done. Dave is very knowledgeable and the people at the service department are always helpful. I just bought a new Kia Soul LX from Kevin and know my service on it will be excellent.

A very interesting day at the dealership

My appointment was at 10:30 I did show up early they took me in and greeted me very well. The staff are very helpful and told me exactly what it would cost for an oil change and tire rotation. And they did an excellent job. The fun started in the waiting room. The maintenance man decided to change the freshener for the bathroom in the main room. Immediately the room was filled with a flowery bathroom smell that you could taste. Then he came out with a shopping cart to pick up one bag the garbage which rattled along the tile floor. I was waiting for the brass band next all in all it was a very interesting experience.
