My experience with this dealership was the worst I ever
My experience with this dealership was the worst I ever experienced. I have been buying car from this location for about 20 years, never again. Salesman and sales manager are typical fast talking price changing people. The financing person Scott talked me into a warranty without going over the real price. I did stupidly sign for it without fully understanding it. When I finally got them to correct it, my interest rate went up almost 3%. Stay away from Jenkins!

Very disappointed in our experience here.
Very disappointed in our experience here. Been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks about an oil leak we’ve had since purchase. All leaks were supposed to be repaired before we picked the car up for the first time. Was told by our sales person the general manager was going to contact us. We've left multiple emails, texts and messages and have heard nothing back. Once you leave with the car I guess you are dead to them and you will be ignored. Unfortunate because we wanted to create a lasting relationship and bring the vehicle back for regular maintenance but that’s highly unlikely now.

I brought my 2017 Kia in for service because the motor
I brought my 2017 Kia in for service because the motor blew at 52,000 miles. The car has has a 10 year 100,000 mile power train warranty. Kia declined the warrant because I did not keep my oil change records. While I am not happy with kia, Jenkins kia was very professional and provided all of the information that gathered on the vehicle after inspecting it. They also provide a phone number for Kia’s customer service department so I could contact them about the warranty issue.
