The service team is excellent.

The service team is excellent. They know their job and get us in and out in a timely manner. Unfortunately they also have a salesman with an office next to the service desk. He goes through the customers on the days list and targets them to try and get them to upgrade their vehicle. I know this because I did go in his office the when I was there a month ago and noticed peoples demographics sitting on the table by the door. I should not have seen that.on this visit I had to tell him very specific language I did not wish to speak with him.

Excellent service

I was referred to Kia because of an existing customer who highly recommended the service manager Devin Gillespie to look at my vehicle and assess what I needed to have done. Devin was outstanding in his assessment, and saved me a lot of money!
