Katie took care of me but you were very understaffed. It took 5 and 1/2 hours. I was told 1and 1/2 hours. I did buy tires but 5 and 1/2 hours was too much. I was sent a text that I had a problem but I was expecting Katie to come out and talk to me so I didn’t see it at first. My phone lost its charge -your charging station didn’t work on my I phone. After an hour Katie found me a charger that worked. Katie did get me a discount. You need to hire more help. I had an appointment!

Enjoyed doing business with Ira Toyota. Keith Gonzalez was great courteous, professional and honest. We were not planning to buy a car that day but we did. Keith worked hard and relentlessly to get our out of state registration. We appreciate the effort he made. The only negative experience we had was with the finance employee, I can't remember his name. He was unprofessional, unfriendly, rude and rushed us through the process. If we had met him first I think we would have walked out of the dealership.

Arrived on time for my 10:30 appointment on a Saturday.
Arrived on time for my 10:30 appointment on a Saturday. My car never moved from my parking spot for 90 minutes so I left. Customer service rep said Saturdays are difficult. So don't schedule as many appointments if you can't get to them all

Unpleasant service center personnel.
Unpleasant service center personnel. Drop off policy was not explained by Sarah at drop off at 8:30am. Car was ready at 3:00pm. Kenny (day manager) was indifferent. When I picked the car up I told Sarah that the personnel should be more pleasant. She sarcastically responded “have a nice rest of your day “! This request was sent with my incorrect last name. When I called multiple times I was greeted with “highest level of customer care”!!

Our salesperson Gustavo was fantastic.
Our salesperson Gustavo was fantastic. Very quick, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, smart, professional, and responsive. Willing and able to help at any time with any issue. I really felt taken care of. Trust him when he tells you how long it will take to deal with all the paperwork involved in buying a car! He also made a real social connection with us when we got chatty about each others' personal lives. I loved how as soon as we told him the names we'd given to our old trade-in car ("Friend"), and the new Prius Plug-in Hybrid we were buying ("Nina"), he started using them every time he referred to either car. And how he immediately agreed that I could leave a personal note in Friend for whoever happens to buy it. There were a small number of procedures he got wrong and questions he couldn't answer, but he was always quick to take responsibility and explain that it was because he was new at the dealership. I am confidant that within a few months he'll learn pretty much everything he needs to know, because he's so dedicated and intelligent. If Gustavo reflects how this dealership chooses and trains its salespeople, it's a good place to shop. The one thing I'd suggest is they could be a little more forward in emphasizing the relative decarbonization benefits of various cars and driving modes. Let's rise above politics and recognize that our carbon footprint is a matter of human survival!

Purchased the vehicle on Saturday and they had it
Purchased the vehicle on Saturday and they had it registered, inspected, detailed and ready for pickup on Monday. Craig was excellent, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He spent the time after the sale to set up my Toyota Connect and explain many of the features of my new vehicle.
