Customer service in the office was underwhelming.

Customer service in the office was underwhelming. The service technician tried his best. Second time my car was serviced and the system was not reset to original setting and now inconvenienced to revisit the center

Overall fine, have been a customer for 25 years. This last visit I was double charged for a tire rotation. I originally asked for a tire rotation but they said I needed a high speed balance which included a rotation but they charged me for both.

Waited forever Told my tires had dry rot. Still passed inspection. Didn't have tires in stock.

Hello G Concannon,   Thank you for letting us know about your concerns.   I have looked at the video from your recent visit with us and in the video sent to you at approximately 10:30 am that day, the dry rot on the tires is clearly evident. Dry rot in the tires presents some issues in itself. When dry rot occurs, the air is able to escape through the cracks in the rubber and additionally, the cracks deepen and grow over time which could lead to issues with the cords with in the tires themselves. I am sorry we did not have the tires in stock for your vehicle at the time of service.   The time you had waited included time to complete your maintenance service and state inspection. If there had been a line of vehicles ahead of yours for state inspection, that would cause a delay in getting your vehicle into the bay for that.
